Nobody can tell what anyone bid until the reveal, everyone pays one price, and a hood lives at a stealth address that no wallet is tied to. What stays public is written below, in the terms.
The mechanism
Seal a bid · A bid escrows one of three sizes, 0.05, 0.1 or 0.25 SOL, and commits to a hash of its real price. Bids look alike on chain. You keep a ticket file; only the ticket can reveal the bid. One bid is one hood.
Reveal · When bidding closes a reveal window opens. Your browser hands the program the price and the salt from the ticket; the program checks the hash and files the bid at its price step. Prices step in 0.001 SOL.
One price for everyone · Settlement walks the price steps from the top. The 2,048 highest bids win and every winner pays the same price, the lowest winning bid. Ties at that price go to the earlier reveal. You cannot overpay; you can only miss.
Claim to a key · A winner claims to a stealth address made in the browser from a key of your own. The hood is written there and the change from your bid follows it, announced on chain in the open, so a scan with your viewing key finds it and nobody else can.
A face nobody chose · The face is drawn from a secret the bidder keeps and the hash the settlement recorded of its own slot. Four veils cover it; lifting one burns $TRENCHKEY and shows the next ring.
The road · A hood moves key to key: send it to a fresh stealth address with a little SOL for its fees, announced the same way. The trail of wallets ends at the first claim.
What stays public
The wallet that sealed each bid and its size. After the reveal, its price. At the claim, which bid took which hood and the stealth address it went to. From then on only addresses that no wallet is tied to.

Where the SOL goes
Sixty percent of every winning price waits in the furnace, which buys $TRENCHKEY on its pump.fun curve and burns it; anyone may fire it. Forty percent runs the project. Losing bids and unrevealed bids take their collateral back in full.
Tests
The program's checks run on a local validator with pump.fun cloned from mainnet: an eight-hood auction settled and claimed to stealth keys, the road, the veils and the furnace on a real pump curve. Not audited.
